How to Create a Menu Category 

  • Navigate to Products/Items -> Categories 

  • Click “+ Category” 

  • Enter the name of the category.

  • Department in which the sales will go to.

  • The coursing the category belongs in.

  • Serving size levels. You will want to add all possible serving sizes for items that will be in this category. If it is not added here you will not be able to add them to the item later on. 

  • You have the option to slide to turn on or off on the FOH and in online ordering. 

  • Click Save and you will then get confirmation that your Category successfully saved.
